The MODUL 110 is a mid-sized programmable linear motor indexed pad printing machine from microPrint of Switzerland. The MODUL 110 pad print system is easily configured with multiple print heads and a variety of automation parts handling systems. Pictured left is a pad printing automation featuring 8 MODUL 110 heads with a microPrint designed servo indexed conveyor system with over and under part transportation. The nesting fixture/ docking pallets are precisely locked in place in each print station and this system also features a part turning device to rotate the parts during production. All microPrint MODUL SERIES machines feature Beckhoff PLC controllers with touch screen graphical interface for ease of operation and programming.
