Ordering standard silicone transfer pads

Need One-on-One pad selection support?

If you don't know which silicone transfer pads will fit your pad printing production needs we will be happy to assist you in selecting the proper pad printing pad shape for your specific pad print application. Please call our customer service staff at (800) 300-DECO.

Before you make the call, please have the following information:

  1. Your pad print machine model number (for this job)
  2. Ink cup size and cliché dimensions or inkwell size
  3. Size and description of the parts to be pad print decorated
  4. Substrate material type
  5. Part drawing (if possible) or please send us sample parts or photos
  6. Description of texture (if any) on the parts
  7. Copy of artwork


Delivery time for our silicone transfer pads

Typically it only takes 1 to 4 days turn-around time to produce your silicone pad printing pads. However, there are many 'popular' shaped silicon pads that we do keep on the shelf and these can typically be delivered next-day if you require.



How to order a custom shaped silicone pad

Not only are we good at making custom shaped pad printing pads, but we are also extremely quick in turning around your custom work! If you have a special pad-printing application that you feel a standard shaped pad will not work, we can quickly design and mold a custom shaped transfer pad for you. To order custom shaped pads we need the following:

  1. Actual production quality parts (6 to 12 pieces required)
  2. Actual camera ready artwork

After receipt, we will quote you a "one time mold charge" for a master machined mold and a unit price for each pad based upon your projected usage. The more pads you'll use the better your price!
