Art Department

Our Digital Pre-Press graphics art department is fully equipped with idustry standard technology and software, and we have the experience necessary to meet your precise graphics needs. We can prepare your graphic jobs (pre-flight) for making pad printing plates (also known as pad print clichés), silk screens for screen printing applications, digital printing and other various printing processes.

We run both Mac and PC platforms with the following software programs:

• Photoshop CS3
• InDesign CS3
• Illustrator CS3
• Acrobat 9.0

• Manual trapping for multi-color printing
• High Resolution Film output - 2,540 dpi film positives
• Clean-up of "dirty" artwork (Vectorization)
• 4 color process separations for pad printing plates or clichés
• 4 color process separations for screen printing process
• Color corrections and adjustment of color curves
• High quality screening or half-toning of your art
• Complete logo & artwork design services
