The COPYBOX contact exposure unit is loaded with sound technical features. It is solidly constructed in Germany from heavy-gauge steel and it features a reliable & dependable exposure system which provides high quality screen imaging results.  The flexible vacuum blanket will allow for use of large profile screen frames and it's perfect for CD screen frames and other small format screen exposure. This compact unit also fits through a normal 36" wide doorway. 

Furthermore the COPYBOX has such features as:

The COPYTOP contact exposure unit is justly named as the 2Kw light is located in the "top" of this unit.  This COPYTOP exposure unit is loaded with sound technical features such as; Computer-control electronics, rotating lamp shutter, automatic foil device (optional), oil free vacuum pump and programmable 3-step lamp with electronic igniter. The solid steel construction partnered with many innovative features will ensure reliable and consistent plate exposure results. 

The COPYTOP is primarily used for exposure of offset printing plates and pad printing clichés.  The COPYTOP is long-lived and easy to service and handle. The knock-down design allows the device to be passed even through small doors.

The TS DRYER from Polygraph has been specifically designed for drying your silk screen frames during the screen making process.  This screen drying cabinet comes in four standard sizes and it features; digital temperature control, filtered air circulation, large screen frame storage area, and all welded steel construction with powder coated paint.

The large drawers pull completely out for full access to your screen frames. The large top surface is ideal for use as a work table in your screen room and the construction is SOLID to say the least!  If you have one size screen frame these dryers can be special ordered for virtually any application, such as for holding standard CD frames.

These Polygraph chest of drawers are the perfect accessory for your prepress room.  These deep drawers give you a huge amount of storage for large films, large printing plates, pad printing clichés and other supply items. Each set of drawers operate smoothly and feature quality roller bearing slides for smooth opening and closing. The cabinet is precision crafted in Germany from powder coated metal plates and welded construction.

Floor levelers are provided and this storage unit works great with our standard COPYTOP exposure unit (see example in the COPYTOP photo above).  If used as a stand-alone storage cabinet, the top surface works well as a workstation.
