The MODUL 130 is a larger (ink cups upto 120mm or 4.72" diameter) programmable linear motor indexed pad printing machine from microPrint. The MODUL 130 is a high speed pad printing system which can be designed with 1 or many print heads and can be outfitted with a variety of automation parts handling systems. Pictured left is a MODUL 130 pad printing automation featuring a microPrint designed servo indexed oval track conveyor system. The nesting fixtures are precisely locked in place in each print station and this system provides high speed and great color to color accuracy for your most demanding pad printing jobs. All microPrint MODUL SERIES machines feature Beckhoff PLC controllers with touch screen graphical interface for ease of operation and programming.
