Engineered for high-volume 5-gallon bucket and industrial pail decoration, the DT-1000 JUMBO is a fully automatic UV screen printing machine available in 1–6 color configurations with automatic infeed, dual flame pre-treatment, up to 360° printing, inline UV curing and automatic outfeed.

The DT-1000 JUMBO is an industrial cylindrical screen printing machine designed for large round containers such as 5-gallon buckets, paint pails and other rigid cylindrical parts. Deco Tech reviews the actual container, artwork, color count and required output to confirm the correct line length, tooling and process package.
The fully automatic bucket printing line combines container separation and orientation, LP-gas flame treatment, screen printing, UV curing and conveyorized transfer between stations. This straight-through print-and-cure process is designed for high-volume pail and bucket production where repeatability, consistent registration and efficient handling are critical.
The DT-1000 infeed system is designed to reduce repetitive operator handling. Nested buckets are loaded onto the conveyor, automatically separated, and transferred into the printing line in a controlled orientation.
Before the first print color is applied, buckets pass through an integrated dual-station flame-treatment system. The automatic pre-treatment process prepares compatible plastic surfaces for improved screen printing ink adhesion without requiring a separate manual operation.
The DT-1000 combines a large screen frame, controlled container rotation, and an industrial squeegee system to print around the circumference of a 5-gallon bucket. This allows large graphics and wraparound artwork to be applied in a controlled automatic cycle.
Each print station is followed by a UV curing system so the freshly printed color is cured before the bucket advances to the next color station. This print-and-cure sequence is repeated throughout multi-color configurations for controlled color-to-color production.
After the final color is cured, completed buckets transfer onto the outfeed system for automatic handling. The line can be configured to stack finished buckets in the requested orientation, reducing manual handling at the end of production.

The full production video shows how each station works together as one automatic bucket decorating line.
The DT-1000 is optimized around large cylindrical container decoration. Final tooling and machine suitability are confirmed from the actual part, artwork and required production rate.
Print and UV stations are added to match the required artwork. The overall machine length and weight increase as additional color stations are added.
A one-color production line uses one print head and one UV system. Multi-color systems repeat the print-and-cure sequence for each additional color. Exact 5- and 6-color footprints should be confirmed with Deco Tech during project review.

A production line is only part of the process. Deco Tech supports the artwork, screens, inks, squeegees and technical requirements needed to take a qualified bucket application from concept through ongoing production.
In-house prepress support for artwork cleanup, vectorization, color separations, sizing, distortion correction and production-ready film output.
Production screens manufactured around the artwork, mesh requirement, ink system and print application, with complete imaged-screen services available.
High-performance Swiss screen printing inks with application testing, substrate review and custom color matching available through Deco Tech.
Precision screen printing squeegees selected around ink transfer, print geometry and production requirements for repeatable high-volume printing.
Installation, operator training, application support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and ongoing machine service after the line is installed.
Machine engineering, prepress, screens, inks, squeegees and technical support can be coordinated through Deco Tech.
The DT-1000 is designed primarily for automatic screen printing on 5-gallon buckets, industrial pails and other large round containers. Final machine qualification is based on the container dimensions, taper, substrate, artwork and handling requirements.
