Which INO machine is best for printed electronics?

The M Series is designed for sensitive materials and is especially useful when the process must scale from R&D or prototyping into automated production. For established high-volume sheet-fed printed-electronics manufacturing, the A7 and PE Line A7 provide higher throughput with integrated feeding, substrate cleaning, camera registration, drying and stacking.

Can INO systems be used for medical diagnostics and biosensors?

Yes. Printed biosensors, diagnostic strips, electrode patterns and related medical components are strong applications for precision sheet-fed screen printing. The final machine configuration depends on substrate handling, required registration, ink chemistry, drying profile and production volume.

What is the recommended INO system for heat transfer production?

The PRINT A6 is the primary high-volume platform for heat-transfer production. It can be integrated with POWDER P5, DRY and STACK equipment for automated multicolor, hybrid digital/screen and high-build transfer workflows.

Can I start with a smaller machine and automate later?

Yes. The modular M platform is specifically designed for this approach. A process can begin on an M4 or M5 and scale toward M6 automation while retaining the same core printing platform and process logic.

Yes. The PRINT M8 and customized automation capabilities are intended for application-specific industrial projects that require robotic handling, advanced fixtures, custom transport or integration with upstream and downstream processes.

Does INO build custom automation beyond screen printing?
