Deco Tech’s XL-format screen printing machine line includes two advanced models: the DT-70120V and DT-80130V. Both machines feature a dual-axis, DC motor-driven system with vertical and horizontal stroke control. The vertical screen lift raises the screen frame straight upward, ensuring that ink remains consistently within the print zone—minimizing waste and maximizing print quality.
This vertical lift design also allows operators to easily load and unload large-format sheets or industrial parts, and provides unobstructed visibility for on-press inspection of printed components. Each model is equipped with a high-powered vacuum table to securely hold substrates in place during the print cycle.
These machines are purpose-built for screen printing extra-large graphic panels, industrial control panels, signage, membrane switches, overlays, and other flat substrates. They are also highly effective for printing on steel, aluminum, and other rigid sheet materials used in demanding production environments.
