DT-1220 & DT-1320 SERVOREX Large-Format Servo Screen Printing Machines

The DT-1220 and DT-1320 SERVOREX are four-post, servo-driven flatbed screen printing machines engineered for large industrial sheets and panels. The DT-1220 provides a maximum print area of 1200 × 2000 mm (47.25 × 78.75 in.), while the larger DT-1320 expands production capacity to 1320 × 3050 mm (51.96 × 120 in.). Both models combine a servo-indexed slide table, high-powered vacuum worktable and vertically lifting screen frame for controlled, repeatable production.

Two sizes. One SERVOREX platform. Both models use the same core machine concept: the screen frame lifts vertically while the servo-driven slide table moves the printed sheet out from beneath the print head for loading, unloading and visual inspection. Machine selection comes down primarily to the substrate size, required print area and overall handling needs.

Two Large-Format Sizes for Industrial Flatbed Screen Printing

The SERVOREX platform gives manufacturers two machine sizes built around the same large-format printing architecture. Choose the DT-1220 for applications up to 1200 × 2000 mm, or move to the DT-1320 when the job requires print areas up to 1320 × 3050 mm. Both are designed for controlled printing on large flat substrates without sacrificing operator access, vacuum hold-down or repeatability.

Four-Post Vertical Screen Lift

The screen frame moves straight up and down on a synchronized four-post system, maintaining parallel alignment while helping keep ink within the active print zone.

Servo-Indexed Slide Table

The worktable travels forward and rearward on linear guide rails for precise positioning while giving the operator open access to load, unload and inspect the printed substrate.

High-Powered Vacuum Worktable

A precision-machined aluminum vacuum table uses a dense hole pattern to hold sheet material securely during the print cycle and reduce movement beneath the screen.

The DT-1220 supports a maximum print area of 1200 × 2000 mm (47.25 × 78.75 in.) on a 1400 × 2450 mm (55.1 × 96.5 in.) vacuum worktable. The larger DT-1320 supports up to 1320 × 3050 mm (51.96 × 120 in.) on a 1500 × 3500 mm (59.0 × 137.79 in.) worktable. Large-format screen printing applications are best reviewed around the actual substrate, artwork and handling requirements. If your project fits comfortably within 1200 × 2000 mm, the DT-1220 may be the more practical footprint. For larger panels or print areas extending to 1320 × 3050 mm, the DT-1320 provides substantially more usable production capacity.
