• Frames Type: Welded Aluminum Screens

Here at Deco Tech we manufacture custom screen frames for stretch & glue screens and these are made from special extruded aluminum tubing with wall thicknesses ranging from .063” up to .125” and special heavy duty construction with .140/.080” (vertical wall/ horizontal wall). See chart for specific profile sizes available. We have profiles as small as .75” square and as large as 5” (W) x 1.75” (H). We can manufacture virtually any size aluminum screen frame and we provide custom screens for plastic and glass bottles, jars, tubes and various other containers, textiles, electronics & membrane switches, sporting goods, ASI products, automotive, medical products and much more. We also can fabricate small frames out of solid aluminum stock with custom features to print around a raised lip. We also build custom frames for printing on handled goods such as coffee mugs. We can build screen frames that are flat and custom frames that are curved for printing over a radius. Furthermore our screen frames can be equipped with “drop frame” tabs (to drop the frame below the clamps for applications where clearance may be a problem and they can also be outfitted with locator pins/ bushings to allow for use of a copy plate system which allows for fast press set-ups with virtually no need for image alignment (best in dedicated print jobs).
