Built for Repeatable 4-Color Pad Printing

The DT-200-4C-OT combines four pad printing stations with an oval track indexing system to move parts accurately from one color station to the next. Mechanical cam locking at each print position helps stabilize the fixtures for consistent multi-color registration.

The machine is designed for manufacturers and decorators that need higher throughput than a manually transferred multi-color process while maintaining flexible tooling for a variety of small industrial and promotional components.

Four Print Stations

Independent Alignment at Every Color

Each printing station has its own adjustable cliché holder so individual colors can be aligned directly on the machine. The oval indexing table carries the fixtures through each station while the cam-lock system stabilizes the part at the print position.

Applications

Designed for Small Multi-Color Parts

The oval-track configuration is well suited for parts that require multiple print colors and repeatable fixture positioning. Each part is securely nested in a dedicated fixture and indexed through the required printing stations.
