The artwork must fit within the pad’s recommended print area, but dimensional fit is only the first filter. The finder ranks a smaller group of practical starting candidates instead of returning every pad that can technically cover the artwork.
What does Shore 00 hardness mean?
Shore 00 describes pad firmness. Softer pads conform more easily to curved or restricted surfaces; firmer pads provide more stability on accessible surfaces. Use the firmest pad that reaches the print area cleanly without excessive pressure or distortion.
What are DuraPro™, Stat-X™ and Printz™?
DuraPro™ is the broad general-production starting point, Stat-X™ is intended for static-sensitive applications, and Printz™ is a value-focused formulation. The selected formulation can be confirmed with Deco Tech before ordering.
What if the recommended pad does not fit my machine?
Machine clearance, available compression force, pad height and nearby part features still matter. Use the finder to narrow the catalog, then confirm the final model and mounting configuration before ordering.
