This microPrint MODUL 110 automation is set up with 5 print heads for custom pad print decorating of golf balls. This five print head automation also features the microPrint Carousel servo driven oval track indexer (16 pallets) that is extremely precise and built with Swiss precision.  We can build these Modular systems with as many print heads as required. This automated system is controlled via a PROFIBUS interface on the Beckhoff PLC, and this automated pad printing system is 100% motor driven (Linear and Servo motors).  This microPrint MODUL 100 pad printing system prints golf balls at a 2.2 second cycle rate.
