Operators can make complete XY positional adjustments directly from the intuitive touchscreen interface. This allows each print head to align perfectly with its corresponding fixture—ideal for repeatable, multi-color applications with tight registration requirements.
Built for Hexagonal Writing Instruments—and Beyond
Originally developed to print on luxury pens and mechanical pencils with hexagonal barrels, the system was designed to print on three sides of the product using the first four heads. The fixture then rotates the part 180°, and the remaining four print heads decorate the opposite sides.
