The microPrint MS-500S is a high-precision, closed-cup pad printing machine equipped with a servo-driven linear ink cup slide system, purpose-built for printing on long and narrow parts such as catheter tubing, guidewires, and medical-grade tubing.
Designed and manufactured in Switzerland, the MS-500S delivers exceptional control and accuracy—making it ideal for printing medical depth marks and other fine graphics on flexible cylindrical substrates. The servo-controlled horizontal ink cup motion keeps the ink fresh during long print cycles, while the robust machine frame ensures vibration-free operation.
The MS-500S can also be configured to pad print up to 180° around cylindrical parts or a full 360° band using our automatic part rotating device (in two print passes). Whether used for standalone medical marking or inline integration, this system offers unmatched performance for demanding production environments.
