Built for Production

Not all screen printing machines are built the same

A machine can look similar in a photo and still be very different once it is running every day. Deco Tech focuses on the components, serviceability and application support that matter after installation — not just the lowest initial purchase price.

01

Recognized industrial pneumatics

We use established automation components such as SMC air cylinders and valves and Festo cylinders where specified, giving maintenance teams recognizable components and real part numbers to work with.

02

Selected around the application

We look at the actual part, substrate, artwork, print area, color count, registration tolerance and annual volume before recommending a platform.

03

Built to become a complete process

Surface treatment, fixtures, registration, ink selection and UV curing can be planned as part of the printing process instead of being treated as unrelated add-ons.

04

North American support after the sale

Deco Tech supports equipment with application assistance, training, service and replacement-part help so there is a clear support path when production needs attention.

Comparing us with a low-cost marketplace machine?Compare more than table size and advertised speed. Ask who makes the cylinders and valves, how replacement parts are identified, who supports the machine after delivery, and whether the system can grow with your process.

Machine Selection

What actually determines the right screen printing machine?

Industrial screen printing equipment is selected around the application: part geometry, substrate, print area, color count, registration tolerance and production volume. These four checkpoints are the fastest way to narrow the field.

01Part shape & print area

Flat parts generally use flatbed presses. Bottles, tubes and containers use cylindrical or shaped-product systems sized around diameter, height and artwork.

02Substrate & ink process

Plastic, glass, metal and coated parts can require different ink systems plus flame or corona treatment for reliable adhesion.

03Colors & registration

Single-color jobs can stay simple. Registered multi-color work may require servo motion, optical sensing or camera registration.

04Production volume

Tabletop and semi-automatic machines fit lower-volume operator-loaded work. Automatic systems add handling, treatment, printing and UV curing for higher throughput.

Common machine-selection questions
Open any question for the short answer.
Flatbed or cylindrical screen printing machine?
Flatbed machines are designed for flat sheets, panels and rigid parts. Cylindrical machines rotate round products such as bottles, tubes and containers through the print stroke.
When does automatic screen printing make sense?
Automatic equipment is most useful when volume, labor reduction, repeatability, inline treatment, multi-color registration or integrated curing justify moving beyond operator-loaded semi-automatic equipment.
Can these machines handle multiple colors?
Yes. Deco Tech offers servo semi-automatic equipment for registered multi-color workflows and automatic systems configured for two through six print colors depending on the platform.
Can Deco Tech review my part before I choose a machine?
Yes. Send the part dimensions, substrate, artwork, number of colors and expected production volume so the equipment can be matched to the actual application.
What makes Deco Tech screen printing machines different from low-cost generic imports?
Deco Tech machines are selected and supported as industrial production equipment. Depending on the model, they use recognized automation components such as SMC valves and cylinders and Festo cylinders, and Deco Tech provides North American application support, training, service and replacement-part assistance. We also evaluate the complete printing process, including fixtures, ink, surface treatment, registration and curing.
Where can I compare other industrial screen printing platforms?
