Screen printing involves the following steps:

• Creating the stencil: The stencil is created by blocking off areas of the screen where ink shouldn't go. This can be done manually or using a computer design software like Adobe Illustrator.
• Preparing the Screen: The screen is then coated with a light-sensitive emulsion and exposed to light. The emulsion hardens where the stencil blocks the light and remains soft where light passes through. The soft areas are then washed away, leaving open spaces for the ink to pass through.
• Preparing the Ink: The ink is then prepared and placed on top of the screen.
• Printing: The screen is then pressed onto the surface and the ink is forced through the open areas of the screen and onto the surface.
• Curing: The ink is then cured to ensure that it dries and sets properly.
