Screen printing medical grade ink refers to the type of ink used for printing medical products, such as medical devices, diagnostic equipment, and pharmaceutical packaging. Medical grade ink must meet strict safety and regulatory requirements, as it may come into contact with sensitive skin, internal tissues, or medical devices. The ink must be non-toxic, biocompatible, and not cause any adverse reactions when in contact with human skin or other biological materials. Additionally, it must be resistant to various environmental factors, such as sterilization processes and storage conditions. Medical grade inks are typically formulated with specific pigments and additives that meet the high standards for medical use, ensuring the safety and quality of the medical products they are used to print.
